Planet Fitness insists on *****ing my money!!!!!

My membership at planet fitness has still not been cancelled after 9 months????<br> Seriously Planet fitness is that how you treat your customers..... <br> <br> Fact 1 - A request to cancel my planet fitness membership was recorded by planet fitness in November 2014.<br> <br> Fact 2 - No settlement fee was mentioned at the time of cancellation.<br> <br> Fact 3 - Planet fitness has continued to debit my account for membership fees since November 2014 (estimated at roughly R2000).<br> <br> Fact 4 - After numerous queries and hello peter complaints I finally received a settlement fee in May 2015 of roughly R1300.<br> <br> Fact 5: Planet fitness refuses to cancel my membership as I have not paid the cancellation fee as of middle May 2015 which was R1300.<br> <br> Fact 6 - When the debit orders that have continued being taken from my account accumulates to more than what the cancellation fee is (since my original accepted cancellation request), why on earth do I still need to pay the cancellation fee when its clear that Planet Fitness actually owes me money...
