Planet fitness *****ing money from my account after canceling debit order and they are sending *********** supervisors who are unable to resolve this matter.

This is my second review and I can only say, this company is intentional with *****ing from poor citizens using their contract and process to trap people. I requested Planet fitness to cancel a contract that was running in 2019 November and they refused because the contract was for 24months. I have been telling them about a verbal assurance by their sales consultant whobsaid I can cancel after 12 months witout any penalty as they were running a special to add a family member on the offer. Their supervisors are responding as per the company's script and they refused to refer me to a person senior because nothing will change and they don't owe me. I never accepted a debit order mandate from Planet fitness and after Covid, whi gave them a go ahead to debit my account and they went to change their debit order description to prove that they were intentionally *****ing from me. I have never used their facilities and I want my money that they were debitin/ *****ing from my children's money. I'm disgusted when I have to mention this company's name.
