PLANET FITNESS ******* SIGN UP.MEMBERSHIP.

I have been at planet fitness in Sandton the Marc, and the lady by the name of Princess Dlamini has explained everything to me and she said She putting my details on her system so She can reserve my promo if I agree to sign up however I’ve not agreed to sign up for gym but she continued to sign me up for gym even though I went there to inquire, and then I asked her why did she sign me up as I started receiving mails from planet fitness about membership and SMSs for money I’m owning already as we agreed that I’ve changed my mind and then she tells me she’ll call me in few days so i can confirm my cancellation it’s now 6 months and Im still not been assisted by even her manager that doesn’t know how to handle the situation, I went to the building more than ten times to now and they not helping me cancel what I didn’t agree on they keep on saying they’ll call me later until now, the service I’ve received there is very low and very poor the girls don’t know how to treat all customers the same and its very pathetic how she was confident on explaining the promotions and terms and conditions to me but can’t resolve my issue that she deliberately initiated while knowing exactly what she’s doing, I’m very disappointed on the service because if it wasn’t how she signed me up, I would have been able to agree happily so if she allowed me time that I asked for but she insisted because she lack professionalism as she always angry at customers, I need my details to be removed ASAP, as I’m not owning Planet Fitness because I’ve never even touched their equipment and I don’t even know what color is their tag. Your assistance will be appreciated.
