Planet fitness HR Inefficiency & Bad service to ex employees

Briefly , we got retrenched by Altron People solution/ Vodacom 3rd party on the 31/Nov/2021 ( start date 21st/Nov/2016 ) went for my UIF but the issue is that the dates stated by planet Fitness Fourways dont correspond completely with Labour dept records , eg PLANET FITNES shows that i started with them 04th/July/2016 till 21st/11/2016 which doesnt add up , surely somebody could not do his or her job properly , i am being given a run around with only just the correct dates , i was working under Sbusiso Sabanda , Manager , can somebody get this matter sorted out asap & add to that they have indicated on their records that i have absconded but rather resigned , not happy @all my contact ***
