PLANET FITNESS - How you are treated as a Black Person

I had a memebrship with them through Vitality for years, through financial constrains i then gave a 2 months notice to cancel my membership they then promissed to do the cancelation so I thought. Last weeks 28 August 2021 I was pressured by a Sales consultant by the name of Lwazi ( Just Gym Planet Fitness Glenanda) to join he then gave me a call to call and told me that my account is in arrears. I then mentioned that I thought my account was cancelled back in 2016. He then told me he will take it up with the Head Office that was last week on the 29 August 2021 until today the 08 September 2021 I have never had anything from him i even gave him a call today ( 08 Septemter). I then received a call on the 06 September 2021 from a guy from Head office telling me he is sorting the matter out his name if i am correct is Sandile. Then this morning ( 08 september 2021) i got an sms from Planet fitness telling me my account has been handed over to Landau Attorneys for now the amount i am owing is no longer R 7000.00 its now R 8 551.78. I have worked hard to keep my profile clean and someone in 2016 did not o their Jobs correct. I will use the Race card as if I was white they wll have never handed me over for nothing without talking to me first . I am discussted of how i was treated and urge people to rather go to Virgin Active where you will be treated with professionalism. They thought i dont know my rights as a customer 5 years after they are telling me i am owing without even giving me a call to tell me such , I will not be liable for someone else negligence and unprofessionalism , Iw ill even proceed and take my matter through CPA and Fitness council for assistance as now i have been violated a consumer.
