If you do not value your money or your mental health then join planet fitness gym. They will ensure to give you ********** service at your expense and ensure your mental health is not spared the abuse.

Customer service staff are trained to say your complaint issue is being escalated, you will be contacted in 72 hours. That 72 hours will turn to 72 days and later 720 days. You ask for call recordings they say go listen to them at the gym. You tell them I am now based in England they say fly back to South Africa and listen to them at the gym.

But miss a payment they will contact you in minutes and threaten to blacklist you.
