PLANET FITNESS HOLDS ME AGAINST A CONTRACT THAT I NEVER SIGNED !!

A few months ago I made my way to Planet Fitness Westwood, with hopes of joining the gym I met with a sales consultant and discussed the various options I have, being very steep with her premiums I was unhappy and left with the statement being made that I will give it some thought (NOT SIGNING ANYTHING WHAT SO EVER). Later that week I recieved a call stating a guy can help me with better premiums at Planet Fitness Just Gym in Pearls Umhlanga, having met with him I made it clear I want a cash method being available to me he assured me that everything will be done accordingly he also made it clear that a debit will go out of my account for this month only. however next month the debit goes out again having being a active member I left it as I was going back to the gym however now that I am unable to use try a facility due to working times I remove the debit order from my account only to find out that they have now handed me over for collection and gave me final notice ??? What is this ??? How can you hold somebody against a debit order when NO CONTRACT WAS SIGNED WHAT SO EVER ? I have now been handed over and these guys continuously pester me 24/7 regarding payment ?! How can you say I signed a contract when I didn't ? How can you hold somebody liable to payment against a contract when nothing was signed ? Is there ***** happening internally ? How did I mysteriously sign a contract ? I had called the planet fitness headoffice many of times regarding this matter all I hear from them is that "it is being investigated" I've been told that 3 times already they were supposed to call me back and keep me posted many of times, guess what ? I have received a single call from them, talk about pathetic customer service !! This is my last resort to having this mess being sorted out !!! If not contacted and made aware of the procedures that are being actioned to sort this out my lawyers will be called.
