Planet Fitness Hennopsview - Dylan and Jacques - Inept and unprofessional after-sales

Concerning Dylan and his manager, Jacques.

False pretenses, regarding my first debit order, were given. I was explicitly told that my first deduction, after joining in late November, will only be in January.

Deductions have since gone off in December. I contacted the club, speaking to both of these agents to resolve this. Dylan advised, on last week Friday, that I will be contacted just after 16:00, once he has spoken with his manager. My attempt at contact has been ignored. The two mentioned are *********** and unprofessional.

Dylan's ineptitude has affected my monthly budget and I expect a resolution to this, based on what was explained during my meeting with him to join. Even during our meeting, he didn't seem like he understands at all how the membership's finer details, specifically regarding finances work.
