planet Fitness Hennopspark is terrible

<p>I have actually had enough ... it's time to put it out there! Planet fitness in Hennopspark is probably the worst gym I've ever been too. Unfortunately it's the only gym in my area that's close to home ... every single time there is a machine broken. Today the aircon was broken and the whole place smelt terrible ... the broken machines never affected me until I used one .... I was running on a treadmill when it all of a sudden just shut down! This is extremely unsafe . The same day I spoke to a girl I met and she explained how every time she used a specific machine it shocked her... how do we pay sooo much money every month for such broken equipment? Why can't they replace the broken equipment ? Especially while half of centurion is now also going to Hennops because the Megagym has been under construction for so long now. Then also the service, when I approached the so called "MOD" to let him know about the broken equipment he wasn't taking me seriously and thought it was a joke. He did absolutely nothing about it. I asked him why so much of the equipment is broken , he says that the equipment is old and they can't hire proper technicians to replace the proper parts so they ask the so called ground staff who also cleans the gym to fix the machines. I have never seen them replace a single machine and it's sad to say that I've had to gym there since I was 16, I'm 22 now. Hennopspark planet fitness is probably the worst gym representing Planet fitness. Can't wait for my contract to be done so I can go somewhere else.</p> <p>Sincerely</p> <p>A very fed up customer </p>
