Planet Fitness Hennopspark has deteriorated!

After several years as Virgin Active members, we returned to Planet Fitness and saw the Hennopspark Planet Fitness again. The branch has deteriorated drastically! The weights floor is uneven and dented with deep depressions or actual holes; the dumbbells are strewn all over the place; at least three of the treadmills are so jerky and unstable that they literally are hazardous to run on; and some of the front-desk staff are sullen and withdrawn. Granted, we rejoined Planet Fitness mainly for the fantastic flagship branch at Centurion Gate, with their 220m indoor running track, heated pool and excellent training equipment. The fact that the Hennopspark branch is close to our home is an added bonus, especially in winter, but still ... Hennopspark is small, looks and feels neglected, and we're paying close to R800 a month each for substandard service, broken treadmills and a rundown weights section!
