Good day all I have join planet fitness in October last year on the sign up of the gym contract the sales person Ines who help me said that induction and a personal trainer was part of the gym contract and the amount of 299 plus 150 for the black tag incl and 16 training sessions should be completed and I will receive a gym bag on joining planet fitness R100 admin plus R100 for the tag should be paid immediately

The agreement to this was that they only debit my account on the 28 of November 2017 the sales person agree to this and he stated no debit order will run Within the week of joining R150 plus R28 went of my account. I went back and ask why was I debit so early and I was told it was admin fee I told them that I did pay a admin fee of R100 and later this was change to a black tag but was debited again on the 28 nov 2017 299 plus 150 The second manager in charge told me that they will give me a free month and they will sort this out After 16 gym sessions I ask for my black bag and I was told that they don’t have stock it’s on an order I waited after 1 month I ask again and they told me it was never ordered I ask Eugene the club manager to get me a bag I don’t care where I want it at this stage almost 2 months later The bag was received and I then ask the manager is still have not receive my induction and personal training and I am 2 months in already They then ask one of the club members to train me but that was only talking no training for 30 min I ask the again for the personal traing and induction and this was 3 months later. Finally they booked the personal trainer but I was sick that day and ask they book me again still no phone call back. I went back to planet fitness and stated I was unhappy about the service and got cross with the manager sins last year October my complains was not resolve and they take long to do so Deon the reginal manager told me that they will remove the black tag from my account because of me who sometimes go away and add it to my wife’s membership so that a frend of her can join never happen My wife Lindie ask the sales consultant lady to remove my black tag and carry over to her name never happen. they added a black tag on her name between the 2 of us R1000 is paid every month for planet fitness not knowing wat they are doing and add as they go along the sales lady whom added my wife said to her the tag will be remove from my name still am I paying R150 plus 150 for nothing

I am not happy with planet fitness and staff in management the sales persons promise you some things and say they will sort out any problems But they do not I got cross and upset with the manager of planet fitness and do not get wat I pay for planet fitness call center do not call back and resolve any problems I want to cancel my gym membership and now I must pay R3294 sins last year I ask the that I was unhappy

Not receiving induction Not receiving training from the start Debit order going off my account 1 week later Black tag been added to my wife’s account when she was told they will remove mine Free months was promise still money is been deducted of my account
