PLANET FITNESS HEADOFFICE

its the CRIME OF THE YEAR AWARD to Planet fitness Head office South Africa We had a accident 31st january 2023 - today 30th November 2023 We are still awaiting answers. They all of a sudden have no such info - yet - we were told now that we should contact the renter of the property and not planet fitness BUT it happened on their grounds - we were to leave - the boomgate opened light went green - as we went over the spikes - the spikes never retracted - brandnew Subaru WRX totally damaged - we only asked for the parts to be replaced - my husband was willing to cut the labour costs to zero - they STILL dont assist. Sibu the branch manager is the only person to keep contact as he too cant get answers from Head office . This place is a DISGRACE !!!

We have not received anything to sign. But the branch manager assured us hes done everything possible to get the ball rolling. Today , after 1 year and 3 months , the Broker contacted us and now excpects me to contact mÿ broker which i did mÿ broker wants me to pay the excess and then i can claim my excess back again. This entire SCHEME is a load of **** !! In the meantime theres incident apon incident happening at Cashan branch all to NO AVAIL.

All pics and docs was done and given to the branch manager. Everything he requested was taken in by hand AND mailed . We are so TIRED of empty promises. Even their equipment cant be compared to Virgin Active yet , they still have the horrible boomgate with the spikes . Still have NOT learned a lesson.
