Planet fitness head office

I am frustrated beyond words with my planet fitness account,the clubs are great and in amazing shape however the head office just cant seem to get things right,i initially took out a 2 year contract and asked the consultant to quote on everything including Levies,i paid the entire 2 years cash up front. I do understand that lock downs and our current state of affairs have made things difficult,however 2 months ago i had to send proof of payments and the quotes etc i recieved 2 years ago,this was all done and eventually it was resolved and i was told my account is paid up in full until the end of August and i would not have to pay a cent. In July i again sat in the same boat where my account was debited,and now im being told my account is in arrears, this is extremely frustrating and has forced me to not only cancel my membership from the end of August but also leaves me no choice but to leave this review
