Planet Fitness Head Office Administration staff do not respond!!!!

This is a rant - not at the gym itself, not at the sales people or the receptionists at the gym, but directly at the administration staff at head office. I had two memberships for which I was paying - one for myself, and one for my (then 18 year old school going son). COVID came along and I found myself retrenched, no package, no income. Sent mails and my contract was cancelled, but I think there is still an outstanding amount, but my sons contract - they now want a scholar to pay over R2000 to settle. I have sent my retrenchment letter, mailed them numerous times - but I get nothing in return. Pathetic is an understatement!!!
