Planet Fitness Head Office ***********

What a shocking company. The head office has no respect for the branches, and the staff hasn't really got positive things to say either.

They messed up with my membership and failed to communicate with me, and it's also impossible to communicate with them. Instead of reinstating my contract as agreed(as I was a member for more than 2 years already with a set rate), they put me on a NEW 2 year contract with new rates, and now when I decline to pay for their mistakes they want to put me under debt review?

I think somebody in PlanetFitness should get the retirement boot earlier than later as the business is not a good place to gym at.
