Planet fitness Hazelwood staff is cold and unwelcoming

Planet fitness Hazelwood Cold, unfriendly staff So I switched from Queenswood to Hazelwood for convenience. The first time I walked into the Hazelwood club to enquire about the switch and hopefully get a tour. The ladies at the reception told me to contact customer service. Like....I'm there already, can I at least see the place!!! I asked what the difference was between the two clubs, I was again told to contact customer service. I then contacted customers services where I was assisted within minutes.

My day 1 was soon weird. I told the lady at the reception that I just switched clubs amdit was my first day, asked where the change room to which I was told "down the corridor". I got down the corridor and the other lady, a client, was so kind and showed me where the ladies were. She was so friendly and showed me how the lockers work, as they are different from my previous club. No one offered me a tour to show me where everything was ad how things work. If there was another club right next to it , I'd definitely switch to that one.
