Planet fitness handed my freezer account to says

<p>I contacted the ruimsig planet fitness in November telling them to freeze my account because I was leaving the country and they agreed. I only get get back to the country a few days ago and realise my account was never frozen and my account has been handed over to saya with amount of 997 rands!!!!! I called planet fitness but they were of no help. Help me out here, I haven't been going to the gym since October!</p>
