Planet Fitness handed me over for incorrect detail

I was part of Planet fitness gym in Roodepoort through my rewards card from Liberty Life.<br> Part of the rewards system is that I received a Black tag to have full use of the gym.<br> My wife also paid extra for a tag that was not necessary and we went to Planet fitness with the slip for a refund.<br> Needless to say we never received the refund and now months later I am handed over to Saya recoveries seemingly that I owe them R237.78.<br> I demand to get answers on where I owe anything to Planet Fitness.<br> I want a detailed account statement and signatures where I owed them any money for anything.<br> I have also sent this to my attorneys for further assistance.
