Planet fitness gym....worst gym hands down

Pathetic service and customer care. I will never recommend this gym to anyone. Changed our gym membership in Nov 2019from a reputable gym to this one and now they tell us we are going to be debited an entirely different amount which was stated in our contract. Almost 400 more which was never disclosed to us. Asked to speak to management and was told we can send an email. Is there no management at Planet fitness??? We cannot afford to pay the additional amount due to the lockdown and shortage of work. Can these people not understand this...what kind of gym is this...money making company...people please be aware....
