Planet Fitness Gym *****ing from my bank account

I have been a member of the Planet Fitness Lynnwood Gym for a couple of years. I pay a subsidised rate due to me also being a member of Sanlam Reality. In August 2019 I engaged with Planet Fitness on how to reduce my premium further. After many discussions with the Lynnwood Branch and Head Office, it was agreed that the best solution would be to extend my 12 month contract to a 24 month contract. This would reduce my premium from R399-50 to R298 pm (see copy of signed contract attached). To my surprise, a premium of R498 pm was deducted by Planet Fitness. On top of this, they collected two premiums from my account at the end of September 2019. I complained to the Planet Fitness Lynnwood staff a couple of times. They said they would investigate and correct the situation. Nothing happened, so I went to see the Branch Manager, Mr Jacques Malot. (Contact details ***, +***6). After considering the problem and seeing the evidence, he undertook to resolve the problem. Nothing happened. (I attach some of the follow-up emails, which is apart from me going in to see him to ask about progress a couple of times.) In my view, if an organisation is knowingly deducting money from your account without authorisation, it is nothing but theft/*****. This has happened now for five months, and I calculate that R1 549-50 has so far been withdrawn from my account irregularly - see attached copy of bank transactions and calculations.) I have complained many times, but I can just as well go talk to a mountain. What should be my next step, should I lodge a complaint of theft with the SAPD?
