Planet Fitness Gym Membership Cancellation

I have a complaint against Planet Fitness. On the 02/Jan/2020 I spoke to a PF customer service agent who told me I need to pay R1695.90 in order to cancel my gym membership. I paid that amount and on the same day I recieved an email from Zandile Mzimba (the call centre agent who was handling my case) stating that my last debit order will be on 15/01/2020 and my membership is due to cancel 31/01/2020. It is now 4 months later and im still being charged every month because my membership is apparently not cancelled, ontop of that they're adding legal fees for the debit orders I have apparently missed. I have sent multiple emails with proof of payment and the email confirming the cancellation of the gym membership.

I am a student and cannot afford to pay for the membership anymore, hence why I cancelled the gym member. I am not about to pay another cancellation fee.
