Planet fitness gym gave me wrong info

I have joined planet fitness on the 4th of November. They told me I will pay R149 if joining using Sanlam reality. And they told me I will gym Nov and Dec for free. Now they tell me I have to pay R925 for activation fee which they didn't tell me about it before and they say they will start debiting In November. I have phoned call. Center this morning to cancel they say I must pay R5000 within 24 hours.
