Planet fitness gym day light ******* when it comes to your money

I joined planet fitness the one at springs mall and I was told that there is no joining fee. Beginning of May I changed my debit order date and banking details in which was I double debited. Planet fitness gym debited on 28 May 2019 and 1 June 2019, when I logged a complain I was told that its for a joining fee in which in the contract stated no joining fee.

I kept on sending them emails which I'm still not satisfied and still don't have my refund however the they have closed the query.

Worst service ever I don't want to see that gym ever in my life and wouldn't recommend it to anybody. I even told them to cancel the contract.
