Planet fitness Gym 🚩

If you want to join a gym please try by all means not join with planet fitness Pinetown branch .Both staff and management are highly unprofessional and rude.

Their equipments are old and faulty it’s seems like they hardly get serviced .

They have a receptionist by the name of Mabongi OMG 😮 that lady is way way too rude to each and every client. As a matter she used a B word to me .😡

If you report her to the Management they just turn a blind eye to the incident and brush it under the carpet . As matter of fact not even a single soul who thought to take an initiative and apologize to me.

I truly regret why I even join with them and I will make it a point as soon a my contract ends I won’t even bother to renew it ,and I won’t recommend this branch to anyone else.

I can’t be treating like crash,be undermined and being insulted as if I don’t pay my monthly fees .
