Planet fitness gym

<p>My name is Sibusiso Madondo ,I join planet fitness gym Westwood durban last year October me my wife and daughter & my son because it's over 18 years i was told he would have his membership but I signed as one who will pay his membership fees.</p> <p>He has been receiving messages notifying him he would be blacklisted .</p> <p>i went to branch this morning they could not help I was told to phone the call Centre number , I have tried for 20 minutes I was listening to music with no help.</p> <p>My membership and his has been handed over I was told in the branch .</p> <p>All I can say the client support is poor you have a simple querry in the branch and refer to call center only to find that even that call center it's hard to get through something wrong somewhere.</p>
