Planet Fitness Greenstone, awful services.

I am very unhappy with planet fitness greenstone. The staff are rude, the refuse to help in any way, the don't pick up their phones when I try to call them, or the put it down in my ear.

So I've joined Plant Fitness last year in July. At first I loved it and enjoyed it. The reason why I don't live Planet Fitness so much anymore is because I've tried to put my girlfriends membership on my account so I can pay because she was unemployed at the moment. The first time I asked I was told I need to fill in a form. I went to sit and started filling in the form and then the person that was helping me, told me I need to go and get my girlfriend so she can fill it in. I went home and picked up my girlfriend and we went back, we sat and filled in the form and when it was done the guy told me he will get everything done and give me a call when it was done.

I never received that call. When I went back I talked to the manager and he told me they can't help me I need to go back the next day and he will call the head office so we can fix it.

They also told me my Gym membership will be R500 for both me and my girlfriend, so we will pay R500 each, but that's not what the debit me every month. They have debited me different amounts everytime.

I have tried sending a email but they don't respond, when I call they don't pick up or put the phone down in my ear. I am very unhappy with them.

I also owe R2046 on my girlfriends planet fitness account and before it went off I asked them to transfer her membership on to my account so I can pay. They never did.

I also have put both our accounts on hold from mover until January because we where away. We weren't debited the first month but the other 2 months I was debited after I have told them I am going away.

I am very unhappy. I feel like not paying the money I owe on my girlfriends membership because I have asked them so many times to put it on my account and they never did. They keep debiting us different amounts when they clearly stated that it will be R500 a month for each of us.
