Planet Fitness - Grabs Money

After having tried to contact the call centre 2 weeks ago (as well as my own club) I sent 2 e-mails requesting a freeze on our memberships. No one bothered responding to my e-mails or returning calls. I am infuriated to see that debit orders ran. I've cancelled the one for my mother but I cannot dispute the other. I request an immediate cancellation and refund all the same. I expect a response. People don't have money to throw around. No one wants to go near the gyms due to Covid-19. You guys are trying your luck grabbing debit orders to keep your business afloat on the backs of people who have lost their jobs. I look forward to a swift resolve.
