Planet Fitness Glenanda

Good day Unfortunately the service is usually good at planet fitness Glenanda, up until my recent interaction with a girl named Lulu who was placed on the front desk.

I believe as a front desk operator you represent the company but with her, she had attitude written on her face, zero communication skills with people... All I needed was a simple help with how I can deal with late payment as of next time, if that is too happen but she made a whole fuss about it.

Thank you to the guy named Thula, he managed to assist me on the whole thing with less than 2minutes... With her it took me a whole 20minutes max, all because of her ignorance!!

She even spoke rudely to some other guy, he didn't know that after you tag you must quickly go in or it will shut you out. You could tell that the guy felt offended. Anyway all I'm saying is please place friendly workers on the front desk who can help people without being rude to them.

We all have issues out here but no need to be rude and arrogant.
