Planet Fitness - Ghost Membership

Planet Fitness has been deducting a membership fee of R599.00 per month for a Planet Fitness in Pretoria. I have not lived in Pretoria for more than 5 years.

I contact Planet Fitness twice requesting a copy of the so called membership contract be emailed to me so I could verify the member, only to never receive it.

I cancelled the so called member ship in September 2023 being told I had to give a calendar's month notice and that my membership would be cancelled at the end of October.

Planet Fitness has continued to deduct the R599.00 per month.
