Planet Fitness gave me false information when opening the gym membership.

In May I went to open a gym membership at Planet Fitness Centurion Gate. Before we could proceed, I made it clear to the consultant (Nicholas) that I would be moving to Bloemfontein due to work as I am relocating. I asked him if there is a branch in Bloem and he said yes, made it clear that I'd open the account and when in Bloem I'll change my home branch to Bloemfontein and he said there wouldn't be any issues. I went ahead and opened the membership. 3 Months later I then moved to Bloemfontein, looked for the branch and to my surprise there isn't a planet fitness here. When I was in Centurion I went back to the gym and spoke to the guy and he denied saying that there is a branch in Bloem, luckily when I opened the membership I wasn't alone, so I had someone vouch for me that indeed he did say there is a branch. I then told him there is no point for me to have the contract because he opened the membership for me by giving me false facts and that I'd want it be canceled. He said his manager was not in and that he would call me in 2 days, till today I haven't received any call from him/the manager. I couldn't go back to follow up as I had went back to Bloemfontein. My account is being debited monthly, I tried reversing it but its unsuccessful as I have a contract.

The same day I went to query, Nicholas also told me that there would be a Planet Fitness opening in February in Bloemfontein but when I spoke to the call centre agent she checked and told me there won't be a planet fitness opening in Bloemfontein it's not in their books. I want my membership cancelled, it was not opened with true facts but someone wanting to make commision by giving me false information. I cannot continue paying for a membership that I cannot use at all. I cannot open another gym membership as it means I will be doing double payments of which I do not have the funds for it.

I WANT THE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY.
