Planet Fitness - ***** and THEFT!!!

After joining Planet Fitness, I stayed for 2 months, then cancelled my contract by paying the next two months fees by EFT. I was notified by email that the membership was cancelled. The following month, no debit order was taken off and I thought everything was fine. I was very surprised to see a double amount going off my bank account the next month! I contacted PF immediately and they were full of excuses. I wrote several emails and according to them, all there telephone calls are recorded. They said they would escalate the 'matter' since they knew that they took my money *******ly. It has been two months now and the money has not been paid back to me. To me, this is ***** or in plain english, THEFT!
