Planet fitness *****

I have noticed that planet fitness has been debiting 299 every month . When I have never signed up for a contract . I been requesting to see a copy of the contract they said I signed up from 2020 but every time they give me excuses such as they are still waiting for the head office to send them . This has really effected my credit score as they told me my account is in arrears. I really don’t know what to as it has been an ongoing issue from 2020 August
