To whom it may concern:

I need advice an agent from planet fitness sold me a membership with us both agreeing if I signed on the dotted line there is one in central town in Durban for me to start gym before work and travel to work, to my surprise there isn't any Planet fitness CBD it is in Pinetown. within one week I called in and cancelled my membership and it was confirmed .The agent who sold me the called me and told asked him y he **** I have cancelled the one in Pinetown is too far as I work at Umhlanga Rocks.He told me he needs my I.d to cancel it didnt cancel. I told him listen I have cancelled I called in and did my cancellation. He convinced me It wasn't. thats the reason he is calling and he was persistent he kept calling until I forwarded my i.d to cancel again with him.

Month end I got a direct debit from Planet Fitness. I than called in asking why is this as I cancelled my membership the lady who answered the call confirmed it's Active I cancelled it and reactivated it again.OMG.

Now here is my problem I spoke to the manager on duty and confirmed my account will be cancelled and the agent will be dealt with.

Today checking on my banking app there is debit order from Planet fitness again I need help I am being ****med.
