planet fitness *****

Looking at Planet Fitness bad reviews I should have known better than to sign up with them.

This is ***** to debit my account for a gym I am not even utilizing. You were made aware from day we put our transfer in how on earth can you still debit me for Plattekloof rates.

Everytime they say a agent tried calling but there was no answer so they close the case, THIS IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!! You dont just call someone once! my phone is with me all the time.

Please refund my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
