Planet fitness *****

I signed up with planet fitness 2 years ago and agreed to their Contract which concluded after the first year after which I Continued on a Month to Month according the Contract I had signed. January they increased my Monthly installment dramatically to an amount that was not discussed in the agreement.. They also had sent me no notice of this amount. They just decided a new amount and began withdrawing it from my account without my concent. I then tried to call their accounts department to find out why they had done this (let me just add is an impossible task, u will wait forever and spend as much money trying to get hold of them as you would for a month at their gym. Finally I got hold of them and they could not explain why that amount had been changed to that degree.. Id had enough and decided I will pay that amount and the extra amount for another Month so I could cancel my contract and move on to a gym that is not committing *****.. The cancelation month had come and the amount was withdrawn. I even went to the gyms front desk and asked them there to make sure my account was canceled and that after that they would not debit from my account again. They said correct its canceled.. This month they have withdrawn from my account again..! So I called the regional manager at the Bedfordview planet fitness that weekend and explained how angry I was over this.. He told me he will deal with it first thing on Monday morning and get my Money paid back into my account and make sure the account was closed once and for all.. And I was told that would happen before 12pm..Monday is today, it is 3:30 and I had to call him to find out what's going on..And he didn't even know who I was.. I had to explain again who I was and am currently awaiting for him to resolve the matter.. In the meant time I have moved onto to the virgin gym and their first debit begins today.. While planet fitness and their management and accounts team have failed to do their job properly and they will continue to try and debt from my account until I hear something else...

Guy's.. This is *****.. Stay away from this gym..

Some people don't even check their accounts and this business is changing debit amounts and doing whatever they like with your accounts..
