i signed up on facebook asking for one of their consultants to call me so ican sign up for their gym , one the managers called me his name is Meran Singh (his a sales a sales manager by the way) and they did call me asked for my banking details and i said to them to send me the contract ,they sent me the contract and i was called to send my ID and i did but i didnt sign the contract,the next thing i get a call that i have an account with them and i am memeber i asked them how is that possible but i never signed any papers/ contract , and i was told that there is my signature on it .. to me that is ***** who signs documents that are not sent by me they took money out of my account and said i have to pay... how do i pay for something i did not sign for . i need an answer and i need it now or else i will take this to court
