Save your sanity, joining this gym is a quick sale with no follow through. Phila the branch manager has no customer experience and gives lip but doesn't know how to deal with a customer that is already inconvenienced.

A month later the second contract is not sorted and I have to buddy tag with my husband. The tag works then doesn't and it becomes a mission to gain access every time we go there.

What was sold as quick solution and things to work is actually a nightmare. Looking at the reviews you can see that customers comes last and you are the problem.

Worst mistake getting into this gym!
