Planet Fitness Fourways maintenance issues

Planet Fitness, I now have to resort to posting on social media and Hello Peter and trying to get head office attention as we have had endless issues with maintenance of spinning bikes at Planet Fitness Fourways branch! We have bikes in the class that are faulty. The resistance on these bikes are so high that you cannot do a 45 min spinning class on them. And you can’t change it at all. The result is that these bikes are left empty and people are being turned away from joining the class as it is just not possible to do a class on these and neither is it fair to expect anyone too. Now the maintenance manager at #planetfitnessfourways, believes we are all wrong and nothing is needed to be done. Please Mr Maintenance, I invite you to come and do a normal spin class of 45minutes on these faulty bikes! We pay for our membership fees and we fend off all the Virgin Active call centre people trying to get us to move to a gym where all the equipment work only to be let down by our gym at Planet Fitness Fourways that merely deletes our emails of complaints and shrug their shoulders when threatening to actually move to the other well functioning gym just down the road! All we want is for Planet Fitness to put pressure on your Fourways branch to please please after 3months, fix our spinning bikes!?! And while we at it, how about getting the pool also in working order after 3 months of not being heated!?! #planetfitnessza #planetfitness
