Planet Fitness Fourways For months we have been raising issues around maintenance on the ICG Spinning Bikes and management has assured us that they are on top of it in conjunction with head office. Almost six months later, management is still claiming that head office has been engaged to source spares and tools, with little to no progress being made to address the problems on the ground. This speaks to ********* business practices, with membership fees being deducted, but the equipment that I signed up for is unavailable for use.
