Planet fitness Fourways Dissapponting

I'm writing this so to warn NEW people that want to join planet fitness. BE AWARE, they offer "welcome packs" on joining but never deliver. It's been 2 months now that I haven't received mine. I was suppose to receive USN products on joining but till today 2 months and counting no products. I've emailed the manager of the club and he did respond stating that it would be coming in a month ago but no response since so again, this is not to say negative things about the club which is fourways megaclub by the way but just to warn people before joining be aware. Once you pay your joining fee they might offer you supplements or puma clothing. Do not count on it ! Disappointed though, empty promises.
