Planet Fitness Fourways Brian sold me lies and was never open on the conditions of the contract and refused to give me a copy of the contract within 5 days period

My name is Busisiwe Ngobeni and will like to express my frustration that have endured over a year now. I was sold lies by Brian from Planet Fitness in fourways and after several attempts I have made to cancel my membership, management that i was reffered to has ignored me to this day. I have whats up messages that i was sending Brian quiring on the lies he has sold to me and he later informed me he has resigned. I went personally to fourways was given email adress and had sent all my complains via email in April 2019 and was still not responded to. I finally contacted Sibusiso whom promised to send an email after it was escaleted to his manager Justin but still it was not responded to and last week i recieved a theatening call from Jeanette Matshidiso Mogase; Account number: PF-***, Matter Number: ***, Creditor: Planet Fitness Handed Over Members, Debtor: Barbara Ngobeni , whom indicated i have attached my million dollar signature and i shall have to pay or else they will hand me over. I still sent emails and contacted Sibusiso and reminded him on the email promised in April and he indicated that the manager was moved to Planet Fitness in Wandrers and was provided his email , I still sendt all the quiry emails and yesterday i contacted Justin Telephinically and was primised he will call but did not. I demand the membership be terminated as Brian sold me lies and refused to provide me with a contract after a number of requests i have made to him and it was within the 5 days as i signed on the electronic Ipad and never was i taken through the contract and Brian gave me guarantees that its 299 monthly and under age kids are for free and just need to purchase the entry tags which i did.
