Planet fitness feedback

So I locked a complain about the showers and aircons at planet fitness Rustenburg Lifestyle Square about 2 weeks ago. So at the gym I was told that nothing will be done to the aircons as it is broken for the last 4 years and that I should maybe complain at the local news paper so that something can happen. The shower heads are still not replaced , drain covers are atleast put back in place. Soap dispensers laying all over the the FLOOR. Aircon still not in use. 3 of the 10 showers still closed with danger tape.

Not the kind of feedback I would expect from n well known business in South Africa. I spoke to alot of members and all is unhappy. Maybe we should all stop paying until the aircons is fixed. Or should we try Carte Blanche?
