Planet fitness false information

If i was allowed to rate them zero i was going to give them exactly that..Planet fitness The Marc in sandton.one of their consultant(Bheki) came to my work place to promote in 2019 June and i made an appointment with him..i called him to make an appointment on my 30 min lunch time and he told he has a meeting and advice a colleague will assist me..i enquire about 6 months contract but i was told that contracts are from 12 months and i took 12 months...i went there 3 to 4 months then 2020 March covid happened...2020 December i received a call to advise me that I'm being handed over because i took 24 months contract which i didn't know about..and i spoke to Bheki who promised that he'll come back to me regarding the matter..To date...this morning i received a call from call centre advised im.being handed over by planet fitness saying i owe them over R6000 ..they sold me something that i didn't ask for..
