Planet Fitness Fails to answer

Tyrell at Planet Fitness will do everything to sign you up...a typical sales man, but definitely with no aftercare sales interest. Planet Fitness Call Centre...you hang on..no answer, email...no answer. I want to change the debit order date. Such a simple question. I guess I have to wait until they look for money. Really Bad service Tyrell, I requested an alternative email address, he referred me back to the call centre....Twice.
