Planet Fitness employees work with ******* to rob the clients!

yesterday the 7th of November, my husband went to the Planet Fitness Sandton Gate branch to train with a specialised trainer. During his training session someone has ****** his sweat towel that he brought from home. While changing in the changing room, he noticed some suspicious activities of two people scouting the changing rooms. He reported it to the front desk and the manager. Today, the 8th, he went for his training again, and during the training session, someone stole his very expensive water bottle. When he reported it to the manager Lucile, she only shrugged her shoulders and said there is nothing she can do. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. tHE EMPLOYEES IN THAT BRANCH ARE WORKING WITH THE ******* TO ROB PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED BELONGINGS. We will not leave it there as this has become a trend in that branch, and clearly everyone is in on it.
