Signing up with planet fitness was the worst mistake I’ve ever made, I have advised Various agents within the contact center that I wish to cancel this membership(in which I was placed without consent) 3 times and all three times I’ve been assured the membership would be cancelled which it still today hasn’t been and PF(planet fitness) continues to debit me (note I was placed on this “contract” without consent)

I signed up for a 12 month contract which ended in December 2020, my last debit order was meant to be December 2020 planet fitness then placed me on a month to month contract without consent which I called to cancel already in June as I had no access any banking apps(due to personal reasons) I was unaware they were still debating from me as soon as I had seen planet fitness had debated me yet again i called in to cancel and was assured it would be but I was then debated again in July so I called again to cancel and was told it will be cancelled end of July, I then noticed that Planet fitness had tried to debate from my account yet again in August In which case I then called the center again and a agent advised me the contract had ended August 30 I now receive this email to say that my contract will only be ending in September 30 and it is extremely unacceptable. Planet fitness keeps changing the cancellation date to continue debating from my account all my cancellation attempts have been ignored or pushed back so PF can continue taking my money without consent.
