Planet Fitness - Dupes everybody that goes to the club

I think Planet fitness is useless. I have phoned them, tried logging onto their site and cannot log a query. They have charged me monies that are not due. I requested the contract where I apparently signed in 2017. I am still waiting for this contract that the consultant said they would send. Sharon made me wait 15min to send this so-called contract. I used to work for Planet Fitness and I can say that the account department lack structure and have no idea what they are doing. I did not want to tarnish their name on a media platform, but I am frustrated and nobody has assisted me thus far. I was told to go to their attorneys, LOL, they are not attorneys they are debt recovery agents who know even less about the law than a shark at low tide. I agree they may be a fitness club, but they do not know how to run their books. I will be posting this on all media platforms and telling every single person that view their page how useless planet fitness is. Even if the case were that there was outstanding monies, how come nobody has contacted me since 2017, nor sent a summons. Over the last 3 months I have been inundated with phone calls, have they ever heard of prescribed debt: Prescribed debts are generally contractual and civil debts that should be extinguished or written off after a period – typically three years – from the date when the payment was due.
