The gym has replaced the spinning bikes with substandard bikes. Hennie's attitude was very arrogant and not conducive to making the situation amicable or even helping carry out my wish which is to cancel my contract as I did not sign up for using this equipment. What made the situation even more distasteful was that the equipment hadn't been properly set up or tested and this was left up to the members to do.
