Planet Fitness - Don't do it.

I joined Planet Fitness (Rosebank) in July last year and in September they confirmed the gym is closing. They decided they will make everyone's contract a regional one however, for client's who want to cancel their contract, they are forced to pay a cancellation fee or continue to pay the monthly fees even though they're not benefiting and the gym they joined has closed.

Client's who are unable to make their way to one of the other branches are now gravely disadvantaged because of this and are essentially trapped in a contract which they didn't exit!

Planet Fitness thinks nothing of their members and only care about their bottom line.

Extremely disappointed.
