Planet Fitness doesn't get back to their clients! Disgusting service

<p>I have been emailing *** since last week, as this is the email address that was provided to me by Planet fitness bedfordview. I want to change my membership from national to local as I only train at Planet fitness in bedfordview. But no one has responded to my emails. I find this unacceptable. They are so quick to take your money every month but don't even bother assisting you.</p>
